80's Anime Tutorial- PSD/MDP included!

Hiya! Some people asked me how I do my 80's anime pictures: The method has changed every time slightly, especially since I am still trying to perfect it. The most successful are probably both the ones with Shuu (purple/black haired girl) This is the image I'm basing the tutorial off of: Personally, I feel like it didn't turn out as nicely as the one of Shuu, but eh, I kinda messed up on the green shirt and the background- it's not as gouachey as I want it to be. As another year goes by, I look back in retrospect and think of how much I've achieved, and how much I could've achieved. Though I still have goals and bucket list items that go back several years, I think that 2019 is a link in the decade chain that is definitely on par with, if not better than, 2018 as far as accomplishments and enjoyments go. Below I've listed some of the highlights of this year: 1. The most notable moment out of everything that happened to me this year was when Jason and I got married. :love: On our 11th year anniversary, and after a full year of being engaged, we planned a small wedding and a reception dinner party. I
